Everyone's leader

Before a picture of surviving alone, you draw one of everyone leaving together. You move among the scattered, frightened survivors connecting them, spot what each is good at and make a place — “you on fire, you on water.” You notice fastest who's being left out and pull them in. Disparate people becoming a single camp around this type is a special power you carry.

Your strength is the sincerity that gets people moving. You draw them not with orders but with “let's pull through together,” so a worn-out camp rises again at one word from you. But the flip side is running dry from tending everyone. You can't bear to let people's hopes down, so you keep deferring your own limit. Spending yourself sealing conflicts, before long you're the only one carrying the heavy thing alone. You read everyone else's emotional temperature uncannily well while deferring your own, so even you notice how worn out you are only late.

The most dangerous point is when the one who leads breaks first. The camp they bound so it wouldn't scatter comes apart when they fall. This type feels showing weakness as failure, but that's actually the camp's last line of defense. What you need is permission for the leader to rest too, and the nerve to put your own state ahead of others' expectations once — that's the only way to lead for long.
