Grounded sense plus drive means the work actually moves. You keep to the rules and make ownership clear, which is exactly what managers want to hand things to. More often than not, you're the one who sets the team's baseline.
The gap is flexibility. Anything off your chosen method reads as inefficiency, and you're slow to see that people have different circumstances. The harder you push, the more the people under you feel pressed — and you rarely notice it.
