About you

You keep the group's household running. Splitting the food, tending the injured, bridging people who are still wary of each other. You gather people from the front, but the aim is care, not command — so the worn-out drift toward you.

The strength is never missing an immediate need. No grand strategy, but you know exactly who's short of what today, and you fill that gap on purpose. No type does more to keep a group from scattering.

The weakness is putting yourself last. Minding others, you lose your own state, and when conflict comes you'd rather smooth it over than sort right from wrong. Sometimes you have to take your own share, and draw a cold line when one is needed, for the whole group to live.
