You read the board quietly, alone. You don't step up front, but you draw a map in your head of where this heads, which roads close and which open. As others get swept into the crisis in front of them, you step back and calculate the next move.
The strength is long-range insight and cold judgement. Unswept by emotion or mood, you calculate the best path and push a plan through without wavering. The longer the outbreak runs, the more the value of your map shows.
The weakness is isolation. Used to judging alone, you don't share well, and so even a good plan fails to move the group. Unfold your map out loud just once and this architect can save not just themselves but the whole group.
