About you

Instead of turning it over, your hands just go. You've learned in your body that the chance leaves while you're still measuring, so you've already tried it and come back before the meeting ends. The strange part is how often the improvised call is right — you read a room fast enough that instinct beats arithmetic.

Nobody breaks a stuck situation better. While everyone else is reading the room you step in and shake the board, and if it doesn't land you drop it and try the next thing. Not clinging to a failure is the real strength here. The cost is that when the pace outruns everyone, you end up out ahead on your own.

Boredom is the only real weakness. You tilt hard toward whatever is fun, so yesterday's serious project goes flat today and the cleanup stays somebody else's. Carry exactly one thing to the end and the size of this type finally shows. Opening the board is already yours; only closing it needs practice.

You learn with your hands, so the manual never gets finished. Press it, and if it breaks you'll look then. It seems reckless, but it's often the fastest route to actually knowing a thing. The exception is anything you can't undo — there the habit gets expensive. Learn to spot which situations those are and almost all of this speed turns into an advantage.

You're also the least rattled person in a rattled room. While everyone else locks up, “this first” comes out of you and things start moving again. The reversal in this type is that whoever looked casual all week turns out to be the one you want when it goes wrong.
