About you

The surface is easygoing; the inside is already sorted. Hand over a task and you speak only after the order and the deadline are mapped out, which is why things move when you're in the room. A messy setup gets under your skin, so you fix the sequence before anyone asks — then act like it was nothing.

The voice is relaxed but the standard is hard. 'This is how it's done' sits deep, so a different method reads as a wrong one. People call that rigid; from the inside it just feels like knowing the sure route. Once you grant that the same result can arrive by another road, both the work and the people get easier.

Rest has to be scheduled or it doesn't happen. With anything unfinished the head stays on even while lying down, so you'd rather clear it first and sprawl out guilt-free. That habit is why people lean on you — and why nobody notices when you're the one running empty. Saying 'this is too much' out loud is the hardest thing on this list.

Work alongside you once and it's obvious why the tasks pile up here. Ask a question and the answer comes back immediately; hand something over and it never needs checking again. The problem is that everyone gets used to that ease, so the asks keep growing. Being able to carry all of it doesn't mean you have to. Saying no once doesn't dent the trust you've built.
