About you

You finish what you take on, exactly. There's no fuss made about it, but the result has no holes, and that's how the trust accumulates. Keeping rules and keeping your word is bone-deep, so what you say gets believed without checking.

The quietness gets misread. It isn't disinterest — saying something unverified is uncomfortable — but the other person can't see that distinction and reads it as cold. When this type finally speaks, the looking-into is usually already done.

Change makes you stiff. The familiar method is comfortable and improvisation isn't, so 'why change it at all' arrives fast. You don't actually dislike the new way; you dislike the unproven one. Given a low-stakes trial run, you adopt it quicker than anyone.

About commitments you're close to fastidious. Being late is unbearable and a stated plan has to hold, so a casually cancelled arrangement stings more than you let on. Knowing your own bar is high, you don't argue it out loud — it just stays with you for a while.

It's your absence that reveals you. Day to day you're quiet enough to be missed entirely, and only once you're gone does everyone learn what had been holding the floor up. Keeping your share without a single slip, without noise, is what this type actually is.

Ask this type for something in advance and you'll almost always get it. What grates isn't the workload but the sudden change. A favour asked a day ahead and the same favour asked ten minutes ahead are two different requests here — knowing that makes working together much easier.
